All of the pediatricians at MPA are board certified in Pediatrics and are active members of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Department of Pediatrics at Marin Health Medical Center.
We are all trained in the traditional practice of evidence based medicine and have a proactive approach to preventive care as well as managing more chronic conditions. We advocate vaccinations and follow the immunization schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. We stress quality visit time rather than large volumes of patients. We envision our relationship with our patients and families as a partnership with an open dialogue about all their concerns and questions, including the concurrent use of safe, alternative healing approaches. Parents and children know their bodies and symptoms best. We provide the medical expertise and together we make a great team working toward making sound medical decisions.
